Yawcam won't start as a service - error 1053

When I install the Yawcam service, and attempt to start it, I get Error 1053 - The service did not respond in a timely fashion.
Running Yawcam as an application works just fine. I made sure to install the service from an elevated administrator command prompt, as well as starting it the same way. I've uninstalled/reinstalled several times. Haven't been able to sort this out, appreciate any suggestions.
This is on Windows 10.
