Yawcam

i am no longer able to view my cam following the link that youcam has provided in the app. when i click the "am i online" link. it shows "OK" when i check a port checker tool.both ports 8888 and 8081 work. if i view locally using my router address it works. just not when using my actual ip address. java has access through my firewall. i also disabled both private and public firewalls in windows.still nothing. i disabled avg.nothing. i checked UPNP and it has both ports open in modem/router.i believe java did an update and now this happened.ive been working on it for about a week.was able to get it to work for a brief second then it stopped and now im clueless.i used ineternet outside of the home as well.rules for java for both inbound and outbound are created in windows firewall as well.udp and tcp on each.i am lost.

any ideas?thank you in advance for any help.
