yawcam buttons and menu stopped working today

No clue what happened. I've been using it for months, haven't used it the past 6 weeks or so. I go to start it up today and the video from the webcam works fine, but I cannot click any of the menu options or buttons. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling yawcam and java. What's up????? Any ideas?
