I'm not sure what functions your mobile phone has... But streaming could probably be hard to achive with gprs.
Anyhow, If your phone is able to show java applets (java 1.1 compatible) the ordinary stream page should work in your phone.
If your phone handles javascripts you could fix some page that updates the image with a java script.
If you want the image adapted to the screen size of your phone, get the latest beta version of yawcam. In this version you can decide the image size by an adress like:
http://address:port/out.jpg?w=160&h=120
/malun
