FTP only uploading "offline" image

I've installed Yawcam 0.2.6 on my Win XP system, and my webcam is a Logitech Quickcam Zoom. Yawcam does detect my webcam as a VFW device, and the preview window comes up just fine. However, Yawcam will only FTP its "offline" image. The console says FTP output started, and there is no indication that Yawcam thinks the camera isn't active. The image is showing up fine in the preview, after all. But all it does is upload the offline image once and that's it.

Edit: I set Yawcam to enable file output, and it saved the images to my desktop with no problem. In addition, hovering the mouse over the Yawcam toolbar icon results in an "Yawcam - ONLINE" message being displayed. But the ftp problem remains.

I have a feeling there is something simple I missed, but I can't find it. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

Please try the latest beta version where some bugs related to the ftp upload has been fixed.
If this doesn't help we have to investigate further...
