Interesting streaming problem

Post by Clockwork »

I was am trying to stream my webcam. I opened the nessisary ports on my router, enabled the program and java to be allowed internet access on my firewall, and the "Am I Online" feature tells me i should be good. i got the the site on my own computer thats hosting and i get an unable to connect error message. Any help on this would be appreciated .

Click "Help -> What's my URL?". You will probably see 4 addresses, 2 for local viewing and 2 to use for others on the Internet.

Have you tried to look at your local address for stream? Does that work?

You will probably not be able to see your webcam on the public address when you are behind/inside your own router. But if the "Am I online?"-function reports that everything is okey, it should be possible for other people to see your webcam on the public address.
