question about networks and streaming

I have a webcam here at work and I'm using Yawcam to stream the video, it works inside the network (Microsoft Exchange Server), people on our network can view the webcam, but people outside the network cannot see it. I have tried both of the links provided and it comes up with "This page cannot be displayed". Just need some help so I can get people outside the network to be able to view the webcam...
