Refresh

My webcam viewer has to refresh every 2 or 3 minutes. According to the setup if I do not put a CHECK mark on 2 boxes (data limit and time limit) then the viewer should not have to refresh.
How can i set it up that I do not have to refresh the screen to view the webcam. Thank you for your time and your help is greatly appreciated
