HELP! Cam is showing up WEIRD!

Hello!

I'm sort of at a loss. My cam is showing up weird. My screen is being cut of by something... I have no idea what it is. BUT it shows up when I look at it when setting up the cam and also online when streaming. Please help! Its hard to explain.. is there a way for me to post a pic on here so I can show you?
