Change Video format crash yawcam and java

Using yawcam with Vista sp1. It worked for a little time. Yawcam now crashes when I try to change the resolution of the webcam (vimicro vc305 from 320x240 to 620x480) I tried java 6, 6.1, 6 upgrade 12, tips forcevideoformat etc.. but I can not change the resolution without crash the software. I tried to change. Jar and. Dll but not the latest version functions. I also tried the beta of yawcam. Nothing. Suggestions? Do you can enter the resolution in a *. inf file or similar and keep it without having to change from yawcam?
