Yawcam

Hi, I'm trying to get the email portion of YAWCAM to work and having some issues. 1 - can the "TO" email and "FROM" email be the same? 2 - does gmail still work with YAWCAM? 3 - do you have to use the email/password option? 4 - if gmail does not work, are there any alternatives? ...
