You can now view my new webcam pages from here: http://halwindowscentral.com/WebsiteWebcams.aspx I use the Yawcam java applet on my site with a free Meebo IM. It sounds like you have a router and/or firewall issue that's not related the brand of the webcam. However, if the webcam was just recently installed then your system or it's security software can possibly be blocking the webcam's access to things. Java Runtime VM also has to be allowed to run thru ...

If you get multiple Yawcams running on a single system then you can still program a webpage the way I previously mentioned to control all the cams at the same time. Sorry, I should of say that before. I use HP & Logitech cams. And good luck getting someone else's single system multicam setup bec...

What you need to do is change the applet code to include the CODEBASE. So do something like this: <APPLET CODE="YawApplet.class" ARCHIVE="YawApplet.jar" CODEBASE="publicIP:8081" WIDTH="320" HEIGHT="240"> <param name="Host" value="publi...

Hopefully you have system restore turned on, and forget about any advice concerning virus infections in system restore because that has absolutely nothing to do with fixing the main problem within this thread. Performing a system restore is just the first step within a series of systematic troublesh...

If you're running mulitple Yawcams on multiple computers and each one has it's own unique IP then you can make a webpage that displays only one cam at a time and then have buttons/controls to switch from one cam to another. I did that a while back and the way I did it is I had a separate HTML webpag...

I would just forget about the fact that things work on a cellphone. And then run through the whole setup again. Make sure the right IP is being used and that things are working from just computers. And then troubleshoot further on just computers. You may need to do some additional thing with the rou...

I do what you want to do but without sound. From my office I can stream my webcam to my website and my other employees or clients or website vistors can see me on my webcam and communicate with me from within my chatroom. This is the online webcam chatroom page at my site: http://halwindowscentral.c...

You can try to fix everything by doing this.
Run the Win7 System Restore and select a point in time right before you installed Yawcam for the very first time. Then install your webcam drivers. After that make sure the webcam works and if it does then install Yawcam again.
Good Luck!

As a test you could try performing a system restore back to a point in time when everything worked right. And then you can undo the restore after checking things out. But if things start working again you can decide to not undo the restore. The fact that things worked right before and they don't now...
