I am using Yawcam to capture wecam image data and save it as a .png file every (1) second. When the preview window is selected and running, Yawcam manages this file update rate no problems. Have the developers considered updating Yawcam to output to a bmp file? I require high fidelity/lossless images saved to a file on a regular basis - I understand that the png output is lossless, but bmp files are easier to process with third party software.
