To be honnest, i don't understand your question.
Am i correct when i say that your question is "How can i view my webcam from another PC (behind my router, on my own network) ?"
and "How can my webcam be viewed (accessed) from the internet ?".

By any chance, you don't use the firewall of your router instead of the Windows firewall do you ?
My guess is that the ports you have configured are not on the exception list of your firewall.
Meaning no access alowed.

Here to i have to say NOT POSSIBLE to select two sources at the same time in one session of Yawcam.
However, it is possible to have installed and open [nn] sessions at the same time.
How to do this ?
