Maybe it works if you use some "middleware", like:
http://www.orangeware.com/endusers/webcamdv.html

Never used it, and don't know how it works though... And it is not freeware :-(

I googled a bit to find out if your camera supports vfw (video for windows), but couldn't find anything about it... Please check your manual and see if you can find anything. If your camera doesn't support vfw, it will not be working in Yawcam. What do you mean with: "The system sees the camera...

Now, when you are going to watch the webcam over the Internet you have to connect to http://80.112.32.202:2000/stream.html I forgot to say that this address probably won't work for your self when sitting on the "inside" of the router. I don't think port mapping works that way... Ask a fri...

Whoops, never thought about this  But I think there is a work around: In your stream settings you should enter the port number of the local pc (3000 in your example). Select "advanced" and fill in the routers public ip in the "force field". Save the settings. Now by hand yo...

Useful information

Image quality I have noticed that several users set the image quality to 100%. This is not always a good idea, because higher quality will require more bandwidth. This is especially important to think of when using the stream output! Lower quality will give more frames per second and a smoother str...

Fungerade det med den gamla appleten, den som följde med Yawcam 0.2 ?
Det ser ut som om jag råkat lägga till en sak som kräver java 1.3 nu i den nya versionen. Det var inte bra. Skall se om jag kan ta bort det igen...

In the current version there is no such option. But several people have asked for it so I'll try to include it in the next release. But as usual it might take som time

Check the HTML source on your stream page. If it looks like this: <APPLET CODE=YawApplet.class WIDTH="320" HEIGHT="240"> <param name="Host" value="192.168.1.105"> <param name="Port" value="8021"> </APPLET> where host has an ip-address on th...

When using a router you have to redirect two ports on the router (the new version of Yawcam will only need one port). But you also have to change the stream settings in Yawcam. Select "Advanced" and typ in your public address in the field "Force public ip". These steps should do ...

Haha... I see now that this doesn't sound so good
What I meant was that the applet provides different error messages depending on what goes wrong. (Hopefully not more errors then before  )
