User Password Not Accepted?

I have Yawcam working to the point I can find snap shot images in the temp file on my C drive. Unfortunately, I am not able to send images to gmail or forward the images from gmail to another account. The console error message reads: "Password not accepted. Learn more at"
What am I doing wrong? Suggestions? Advice?
