Offline despite all efforts

This is a webcam that has been working fine but now is offline and I can't get it back on. The Yawcam test shows it online both internally and externally (71.114.254.44:8081). The picture is streaming in the Yawcam application. And, as I said, this was working for months.
OS = Windows 7.

I've turned the Win7 firewall off. There is only the MS Security for antivirus. No other firewall application. I have a Linksys RV042 router with port 8081 forwarded and enabled to the correct computer internal IP which is static as is the external IP. I have UPnP turned on also with 8081 set up and enabled to the correct internal IP.

Have I missed anything?

I can view your Http page on port 8888.

I assume it's notyour configuration.
Try configuring another port for streaming (ex : 8008 in stead of the 8081 you have configured now.

OK, I changed the Stream port to 8008 and forwarded that port in the router. Same thing.

My next step is to try it on another PC I guess. If that works not sure what to do about the current one.
