Ftp error: String index out of range: 4

Hello

Does anyoneknow what this error means ? I've checked my FTP settings and everything seems correct. I've this message as soon as the FTP started..

Have you tried if you get the same error for other ftp-accounts?
What ftp-area are you using now when you get the error? Do you know what ftp server software they are running?
