ftp error

Mornin Boys.
Anybody know why my puter can't find any upnp devices? I'm using Windows 10 and the latest Yawcam beta update, Help.
I had my provider set the ports up and make sure router upnp is turned on. Check the firewall settings but still can't get a url to work,
"Could not find any UPnP devices"
"Could not connect to ftp server"
Checking Http URL: http://66.38.108.205:8888 ... Error!
Checking Stream URL: http://66.38.108.205:8081 ... Error!
Inside my network works, but not outside.
When you are online other people can see your webcam on these addresses:
Http: http://66.38.108.205:8888
Stream: http://66.38.108.205:8081
