Has anyone hooked up to a wireless IP cam from Trendnet using YAWCAM?
The version is a Trendnet TV-ip110w.
As of right now, I cannot get YAWCAM to recognize it after setting up the Wireless IP capability.

It sounds like you have a router and/or firewall issue that's not related the brand of the webcam. However, if the webcam was just recently installed then your system or it's security software can possibly be blocking the webcam's access to things. Java Runtime VM also has to be allowed to run thru the firewall.
What happens and what kind of messages are generated
when you try display a Yawcam preview window?
What does the Yawcam connection settings and tests
report?
Try to get local IP working first and then public.
Good Luck!

Thanks for the ideas.
I have two other webcams ( wired) working on the same computer and network with YAWCAM.
So, I think I have that portion solved.
When I try to connect to the
Trendnet TV-ip110w
with all the combinations I have tried it
responds
cannot connect to device
I do have the device working with their s/w, I would rather use YAWCAM
for all of them.
