Problem transfer FTP

Hello,
First of all sorry I am French and I use googletranslate to write this message..
I have a problem with Yawcam. It is installed on a laptop with data transfer to FTP. I use the laptop camera to take screens every 2 seconds but when the laptop cover is closed and I open it, Yawcam completely bugs and the image sent to the FTP is always the same. The camera is no longer updating and it is a fixed image that constantly appears.
How to solve the problem? Have you ever had the same type of problem?
