Yawcam -> Motion detection -> Actions

The actions tab let you decide which actions that shall be taken when a motion is detected. From this tab you can also access the settings for all actions.

Mark the checkbox to enable the action. (Motion detection also needs to be enabled before any action really is taken.)

Click a settings button to open a dialog with settings for each action.

 

The possible actions are:

Save file - Save an image file (or a sequence of files) to the local computer.

Ftp upload - Upload images to an ftp account.

Send e-mail - Send an e-mail (with or without images attached).

Run .exe - Execute a program or batch file.

Play sound - Play a sound file.
